Dave Simison is a lawyer in Annapolis in general practice with a real estate accent. He mediated for more than 25 years privately and by appointment from the Circuit Courts in Civil Non-Domestic matters, as well as Guardianship, Divorce, Custody and Termination of Parental Rights in Anne Arundel, Howard, Queen Annes, Caroline and Kent Counties. He was one of the first Day of Trial, District Court Mediators. He chaired the MSBA’s ADR Section and served on the Board of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and co-chaired MCDR’s Certification Committee. He is Past-President of the Anne Arundel Bar Association and coached the Annapolis High School Mock Trial Team to two State Championships.
