About me
Jill Goldberg is an attorney and mediator. She earned her BBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Jill began her career practicing family law in North Carolina, later practicing in Missouri and continuing her work in the field in Maryland. Through that experience, Jill saw firsthand the adversarial nature of litigation - an insight that shaped her commitment to helping families find more constructive, less combative paths forward.
Jill began her training in mediation in 2015 and is trained in the transformative and inclusive models. She has facilitated hundreds of mediations involving divorce and custody matters and is a Practitioner Mediator through the Academy of Professional Family Mediators (APFM) and a member of the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence (MPME). She continues to refine her skills through ongoing training and national conferences.
Jill currently serves as a court roster mediator in the family and juvenile divisions of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and Montgomery County, where she conducts custody mediations and has recently began CINA mediation work as well. With over a decade of experience, Jill helps parents navigate some of the most important and emotionally complex decisions affecting their children. In 2026, Jill Goldberg founded Infinity Mediation, LLC with Jill Eisner.
Jill believes families are best served when they can resolve conflict respectfully, thoughtfully, and outside the courtroom and specializes in divorce and custody mediations.
