About me
Tisha Tyler, MBA, is a conflict management and strategic communication practitioner, Certified Professional Mediator, restorative facilitator, educator, and Founder of Kelton & Key Consulting. She has facilitated mediations and structured conversations across workplace, business, pre-trial, and interpersonal settings.
Her work focuses on what happens before and beneath conflict: how perception, assumptions, identity, communication patterns, and lived experience shape the meaning we assign to behavior. As adjunct Communication faculty at the College of Southern Maryland, Tisha teaches interpersonal and intercultural communication, with particular attention to perception, bias, conflict, identity, and communication across difference.
Across her mediation, teaching, and facilitation practice, Tisha helps practitioners strengthen impartiality by examining their own meaning-making, staying curious longer, and separating what they observe from the stories they may be telling about the people in the room.
